Proposal: Independently Hosted Wiki

Hello. I am a SkyWiki sysadmin. I am also a sysadmin for various other wikis. I know how to host a wiki, and this is a particular subject of interest to me. Therefore, I propose that: an independent Voices of Democracy wiki is created at voicesofdemocracywiki.com. Administratorship is granted to Voices of Democracy citizens approved by the existing wiki administration here. I become the host of the wiki (unless anyone else can provide a server).
